......Iksong Jin's work, in the figure of a sleeping little baby in front of a closed wooden door.
The door, which appears to be so tightly closed that it can no longer be opened, serves as a cradle to create a space that protects a newly budding life from any threat in the world. One or four eyes embedded in every corner of the door never fall asleep, protecting the baby and sending their gaze towards the world.
......진익송의 작품, 닫힌 나무문 앞에 작은 아기가 잠든 형상에서 더 이상 여닫을 수 없게 굳게 닫힌 것처럼 보이는 문은 이제 막 피어오른 한 생명을 세상의 어떠한 위협으로부터 지켜주는 공간을 창출하는 요람으로 기능한다. 그 문의 곳곳에 박힌 하나의, 또는 네 개의 눈동자들은 절대 잠들지 않고 아기를 지키며 세상을 향한 시선을 보낸다.
